She took time to answer all of my questions and helped me compare different models. She helped open them up and showed me the different features. Tumi offers a 5 year warranty (nice!). Their luggage has more features than the typical Samsonite but also costs more. Some models have the ability to use hangers for organizing dress shirts, slacks, and sportcoats. Some were discounted more than others, so it helped to ask about the discounts and to compare. They also sell a variety of types of luggage, wallets, and handbags.“
