My carry-on suitcase broke and I needed to replace it quickly because I travel a lot. This is my first time with Tumi. Robin is the manager here and she was VERY helpful. She took time to answer all of my questions and helped me compare different models. She helped open them up and showed me the different features. Tumi offers a 5 year warranty (nice!). Their luggage has more features than the typical Samsonite but also costs more. Some models have the ability to use hangers for organizing dress shirts, slacks, and sportcoats. I was very impressed by the service I was provided here! More specifically, I was impressed by Tyi, the associate who made sure all my questions were answered. I came in looking for carry-on luggage for some upcoming overseas trips I had planned. I came in looking for a hard case, but Tyi discussed some options with me and allowed me to demo multiple items. Turns out, soft cases were surprising my preferred choice! I had lots of questions and she answered them all in great detail and was pleasant throughout the experience. I came here on a Saturday morning as soon as they opened at 10a - like as soon as the security door of the suite was rolled up I walked in. A woman, who I think her name is Afia, greeted me and was so friendly about it! She gave me space as I walked around and looked at the different work bags, but she was absolutely available and happy to answer any questions I had. I left the store to go to another one in search of a work bag, but couldn't stop thinking of one I saw on clearance. So, I went back.
