“Wow, wow, wow! My husband and I are refugees from a local dental group that has struggled to handle regular dental hygiene appointments. I’ve had problematic gums for a long time and I can’t afford to go 9 months in between cleanings. When I contacted River Run, I was shocked that they had availability for a cleaning within days. The Short Pump office is a well-oiled machine. They have a large, beautiful office and manage to have so much availability by being hyper focused on efficiency without sacrificing quality and bedside care. I saw three separate experts in one visit. First, a hygienist assistant helped gather all the data and images necessary for Kendall, my hygienist to focus on my cleaning. The cleaning was all done with manual tools and was delicate and exacting. I actually haven’t had such an easy cleaning in a long time. Next, my dentist gave me a thorough exam and went over a spot they want to watch that had obviously been there for a long time but this is the first I’d ever heard of it. She took the time to explain to me what it all meant too.
