“My garbage disposal was leaking last night when I found water all over my kitchen floor. My landlord called Wacker and they came this morning and replaced disposal so I'm grateful for that but don't expect friendliness. When I met plumber and his assistant at my door this morning there was no exchange of greeting. When I'd ask a question there was silence and I'd have to say "hello?" Just not friendly in the least and when they were done the assistant left without saying goodbye and the plumber left a moment after the assistant and barely acknowledged me. “I needed a new heat pump and air handler. I solicited 3 estimates, including Twin Tech and 2 from locally advertised large HVAC companies. After we compared similar units, Twin Tech’s estimate came in approximately 15% cheaper. They installed quickly and efficiently with great clean up. “I had the pleasure of meeting Garrett, Marc and Michael who came to fix my sump pump. They worked well as a team and bounced ideas and learning tips between each other while replacing parts on the sump pump. I happened to ask a question about my hot water taking awhile to push upstairs and while looking at my hot water heater your crew discovered some issues that might need to be looked at. They collaborated about the pressure on the gauge and determined my pressure value was also failing. I was thankful for their time to answer my questions and the light hearted funny conversation we had. “I recently had an emergency after-hours issue with a malfunctioning sump pump during a heavy rain storm. I called The Plumbing Dr. after 11pm and within 90 mins they had a licensed plumber at my door working to triage and fix the issue. Phillip was very professional and courteous. He did a great job replacing the faulty pump and getting everything up and running in short order. The callout fee was very reasonable (less than $100), as was the overall price to complete the job. Prior to this I hadn’t been a customer of theirs, but they will now be my first call.“
