I called Richard Otto at 8am this morning requesting that he remove my chandelier and replace the original light fixture today in preparation for my move. He arrived with an assistant within 4 hours. They were friendly, professional, and experienced to handle the job. They also swept the residual debris on their own and restored the furniture that had to be moved. I would highly recommend them for your electrical needs.

You wouldn't believe the service!: returned my phone call immediately, showed up 5 minutes before they said they would. So knowledgeable and efficient. Great trouble shooters. You don't find a company as good as this very often. They are keepers!

I can’t even recall the last time I was so impressed w a service call. This gentleman,Richard S. Otto provided my electrical needs w a quick response at a very fair price under terrible weather circumstances however, he was still able to complete his task in a very timely manner. We do quality work, putting feature and location into the design with your convenience in mind. I, Richard S. Otto, can almost always be reached by telephone. I have no telephone answering, delay-causing menu system---no bureaucratic nonsense! My competent assistant and/or I will be available, usually with little wait, to repair or improve the electrics of your home. I've corrected all types of illogical work by the incompetent and/or crooked in the automotive, electrical and plumbing fields; I abhor this, as I have an affinity for quality design and workmanship.
