“Excellent service start to finish . Wendall came for appraisal and broke down in layman’s terms , very professional and worked with me to get the right system for my house . Installers came in less than a week , explained the system thermostat and repaired my return vent with a new cover and no mess couldn’t tell I had old system taken out new one in my attic in September yikes , also left new filters and return checkup date in a year . “Ugh I so wish this would have worked better. We had a technician come out to our house and after realizing there was a leak in the coil he put in the cooling stuff and ez-seal - this cost $430 and 7 days later it stopped working. He came out again and told us that we do indeed have a more significant leak in the coil and charged us $220 to double check what he had already known and to let us know that we need to probably replace the whole system. I said ok can you send us a quote on just replacing the coil and then what it would cost to replace the whole system with gas and the whole system with heat pump? I never got a quote from him……so now we are out close to $700 bucks for 7 days of cool air? Yikes. My husband called the office and she said she would “look into it”…but no call back. I truly feel like I was robbed of the last $220…so confusing.

UPDATE: got a call from the owner and felt like he was genuinely sorry about not giving us a quote the same day! That makes me feeel so much better and just knowing that he is up front and honest! Thank you for communicating and trying to rectify the situation! ??“

“Our well pump failed Saturday evening. I contacted him Sunday mid morning and he scheduled me first thing Monday morning. He arrived, as promised, and replaced the well pump and restored service by noon. As someone who does building/property maintenance for a living, I was impressed with his professionalism and the quality of his work.
