Installed new pressure relief valve. Done very efficiently. Will use from now on for all my plumbing needsHouse call, at my request. Pressure relief valve and all aspects of plumbing doing fine. Had concerns about noise in system. Also explained situation really well.3/5House call at my request. Leak from kitchen faucet hose. Donte anf Haden (appentice) replaced with totally new ktchen faucet. Work professional and done in timely mannet

Brown’s Heating & Air is a very professional and reliable business. This is my second review for them. I had an emergency situation in my basement apartment and Tim responded immediately and the technicians, Charley & Lucas were here the next morning. They did a great job and very efficient and worked until the job was complete. Also, Brittany was so helpful in the office and made me feel at ease during a stressful ordeal! I can’t say enough good things about Browns. Tim our plumbing tech was early for our appointment, customer service oriented, and hard working. Tim worked on installing our water heater until 715pm on a Friday night. We are so impressed with his diligence and attention to detail. If you need your hot water heater replaced Tim is your man.
