Aileen is so amazing! It was my first time coloring my hair (I had so many questions!), and Aileen answered to every questions I had related to hair colors! She recommended me a color (ash gray with brown undertones), and she pulled it off brilliantly! I absolutely loved how the color turned out, and I am definitely going back to her again to re-color my hair! Aileen is the best hair stylist I've met, and she is such a wonderful person! Loved coming here. Rovina and her crew are amazing at their skills and talents. They moved flawlessly around the salon working on myself and another lady. I came to them last minute desperately needing my hair cut and a few highlights. Put in for an event. They squeezed me in and did a fabulous job. I will have to fly back to Falls Church to get my hair done. In the future Rovina has an eye for changing it up.

I'm a regular blonde balayage customer with Kiana and she never fails to crush it. Kiana is also good at repairing mishaps. I've frequented this shop every two weeks for a year and haven't been disappointed. The owner is a very competent barber and goes out of her way to take care of her customers. On several occasions I arrived early at her store and she opened in advance to accommodate me. She even provides LE and Mil discounts, and although they're nominal amounts I appreciate the gesture. I've been going to Mustafa for many years! He is a great barber. No one matches him with the fade cuts and beard cuts. He fades the beard, and his outlining is phenomenal. It is legit art when he uses the cutthroat blade to shape your beard! He is unmatched, and I highly recommend him to everyone looking for a great barber. Truly very talented, kind, and professional. There are some wait times for your turn, but it is so worth it. Everyone loves him, He is my go-to!

Came here with my mom for a pedi and was very happy with the service and results. They know to cut toenails straight across to avoid ingrown toenails, which tells me they know what they're doing. My big toenail also kept cracking after getting pedicures at a different salon, but it's been about a month and I don't really have that issue anymore. I also like that they use big basins(?) to do pedis, rather than the ones with the jets because they aren't hygienic. Very happy with the staff. I would and am going to go back to this salon with my mom.

I've had half body waxing with Tammy. I've had pedicure and massage as well. As soon as I have completed full body waxing with Tammy and a haircut with I will make a button on CafePress which says body by Tammy.
Tammy is a living example of the difference spa care can make in a person's life and I strongly recommend her.
I believe polish is bad for nails and Tammy was kind enough to accommodate my request for full buffing of my toenails so I included this picture. Before the moisture and the buffing treatment my nails had cracking the long way down the nail now that they are both they will stay shiny and grow out without without a noticeable line between the Polish and the cuticle.
I recommend Tammy to the homeless in my neighborhood because their feet are in such poor condition. They live in their shoes. I am arranging for my homeless brother to have a pedicure with Tammy at my expense. That is how much I trust this darling woman.
This place is a hidden gem! I came here with my mom on a Sunday, and they were very busy before Lunar New Year with customers. However, they were able to squeeze me in for a same-day appointment when my mom called an hour or so beforehand since she already had an appointment herself at 3pm. I really appreciate them being so accommodating. I got my hair done by one of the women working, and she made sure to hold a mirror up to the back of my head to see if the length cut was OK with me. I also asked for curtain bangs, and she made sure the bangs were a good length that I liked. She also styled my hair, and took her time making my bangs look nice. I appreciated the small details and personal touches! The hair wash was nice and relaxing. They combed the tangles out of my hair in the sink area and overall, the wash, cut and style did not take very long compared to other salons I have been previously. But the craftmanship and good job was clear! Thank you, Thien My Hair salon. This place is very worth visiting, with affordable prices!

I have been here for full-face threading twice. I wasn't very satisfied the second time. The pressure of the thread was intense on my face, causing a burning sensation, not because of hair removal but due to the thread's pressure. However, when I asked her to make it smoother, she did decrease the pressure.
Additionally, my face has many fine hairs, and she didn't thoroughly go over my entire face. At times, it felt like the thread was merely gliding over my face without removing anything. Now, at home, I can see the fine hairs shining under my bathroom light.
I understand it was at the end of the day and she might have been tired, but I still need a good service.

My wax experience was a 10 out of 10. I've been going to EWC for about a year now and most often I am satisfied with the quality of work that I receive. This time, the wax specialist, Saroja, had my undivided attention because she was on point with the whole process. Even though my upper lip had very short hairs, she was able to get most of them, and those that she couldn't get , she used a tweezer, very gently. Thank you, Saroja for the best waxing experience to date. I will ask for you again the next time I have my appointment.

I’ve been going to Perfect Endings Hair Design by Jorge for almost a year now and I’ll never go anywhere else again! I started getting my hair cut by Nancy after a horrible haircut at hair cuttery and she’s amazing at listening to what you’re trying to achieve and making it happen. She helped me recover my hair and even it out, and this past weekend she did the most beautiful bayalage for me. I showed her pictures of what I wanted and explained things I didn’t like from previous times I’ve gotten my hair done, and she absolutely NAILED IT. I feel like this is the first time that my hair stylist actually understood when I explained what I wanted, and what she did exceeded my expectations. They went above and beyond and took extra time to make it perfect. I love it so much and I love coming to this salon. All of the staff make it feel like family when you come and it’s very apparent that they have a ton of very long term customers that keep coming back. I always leave here smiling. She was even able to add the initials written from my dad's own signature. She is truly an artist and professional. The final product was far beyond what I had imagined...I love it so much! Absolutely love this place! I have been going here ever since I moved to America and I could never see myself at another tattoo shop. The people are so nice and funny and they really create an amazing environment. If you go regularly and get to know them they will also get to know you and always ask how you're doing which makes it feel very homey and comfortable even when getting stabbed by needles (which is always worth it). can't wait to go back for my next tattoo already and hopefully get a piece from every artist there because every single one is so talented. (most artists speak both english and spanish if that's a worry)

Had some issues with my PRV failing. I called Shawn and he came out to take a look the next day to see what was going on. Figured out my PRV valve was failing and replaced it the following day. This is the second time that I have used Marco Andrade Plumbing. The first time was when I had a water pipe burst in the middle of winter they are fast to respond and did a quality and fairly priced repair. The second time was for a water heater replacement. The only time I write a review is when the service is exceptional or when it is awful. The service that we received from ABA (Any Brand Appliance) and from AJ (our service technician) was definitely exceptional. Our LG refrigerator stopped working. We contacted a different appliance repair company to determine the problem based solely on Google reviews. The refrigerator needed a new compressor. We decided to invest in this costly repair. Unfortunately, the technician from this other company did not program the control board after the new compressor was installed. As a result, our icemaker stopped producing ice and there was a temperature issue within the freezer. Frustrated by these new problems and the lack of ownership of the problems by the company who installed the compressor, we decided to try ABA at the recommendation of our neighbor. AJ was our technician. He was polite, professional, extremely knowledgeable, careful, honest and transparent. He explained that the company who installed the compressor should have reprogrammed the control board. After he reprogrammed the control board, the ice maker started producing ice within 12 hours. Many companies will not service LG refrigerators, so we were thrilled that Any Brand Appliance would. The cost of the initial troubleshooting visit was $98 (as of 7/1/24). If you decide to proceed with the needed repair(s), the $98 will be applied to the next service visit. I highly recommend ABA.

They have been cleaning my place the last few years on a monthly basis, more or less. The day is never the same as some others here have mentioned Shadi's communications are a bit loose. My place always smells and looks great after Flash visits. I have never interacted with the cleaners, just the scheduling with Shari or Evelyn.
Good value for the price. Not very detail oriented. Several mirrors in bathroom left uncleaned; top shelves not dusted; floors and counters not cleaned as thoroughly as I would expect. They are very fast which could be part of the challenge. A superficial clean for a good price. And they are very nice! Would have given 5 stars if they were more detailed and thorough, but overall your home will be tidy after they've been through!

Enthusiastic, but disorganized "deep cleaning" crew. Office had decent communication, but were not quite sensitive to having an elderly person underfoot who uses a walker. In other words, the crew rolled up carpets randomly and it was hazardous for any of us trying to move around. Also, in a quasi-hoarding situation, it's best to take photos of the shelf and try to put things back in the general order. (My client literally couldn't find things after the crew left. )

We just finished a project with Ron and could not be happier with the outcome. The job included a large patio, seating/retaining wall, walkway, driveway extension, and sod. When we looked for a professional tree-care company to cut 4 or 5 branches of the big tree that overshadow our roof in the backyard, remove 3 trees that close to the front sidings, trim and shape 10 brushes along the driveway. After we talked to arborist Ben, his profound knowledge and very friendly work manner impressed us, so we picked RTec to do the job. On the scheduled date, RTec sent two truck with professional equipment, the crew cut down the tall branches safely, demolished and composted them; Trimming and shaping work done as we asked for, then cleaned up all front yard and back yard.

We have used Bonilla Tree Service for more than 10 years. Efrain has always been punctual, professional and offered honest advice. Their estimates are consistently lower than competing businesses. The way they remove and trim trees is like artwork. After clean up, there is no evidence that they were even there except of course, the tree is gone. We highly recommend this business to anyone in need of tree work.
Just had them take down a dead tree and trim lower branches and dead limbs from 4 large trees. They were on time, gave a very good comparative price and worked quickly to get the job done. They were also careful to watch out for my plants. Did a beautiful job cleaning up afterwards. Very professional and definitely know what they are doing.
Just had 3rd great visit with Dr. Miller. This practice is so patient-friendly! The staff are pleasant and efficient. Patients get checked in promptly and called back quickly. I've been seen by several different dental hygienists here and they've been very proficient, gentle, and knowledgeable. Dr. Miller is approachable and friendly, takes time to explain and answer questions. I really trust his experience and judgment! The practice seems very state-of-the-art in terms of diagnostic tech.

Finding a good dentist is hard, finding an outstanding one is impossible. Dr. Paesani is that impossible find! After being scammed by several dentists who have tried to sell me nonsense boutique items or overcharge on unnecessary procedures, Dr. Paesani has given me faith that outstanding dentists do exist. The way he talks to his patients is beyond 100%, we are talking top notch bedside manner. He walked me through each of tooth that had a issue and gave me options for care. He noticed problem areas that my last dentist didn't care to identify. His team is awesome too, I will definitely return.
It is always so nice to be greeted by Dana as I enter for my appointment. I appreciate the time and care provided by my dental Hygienist, Hanna. She does a wonderful job of making sure I am comfortable in the chair and does a wonderful job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Kunaish always keeps me informed of anything that may be a concern. I am so glad I go to this dental practice and have for many years.

After months of a pinched nerve, each visit has relieved my discomfort and it's increased my mobility and decreased my pain! Dr. Brooks is wonderful and he doesn't rush and I have had no more than a 5 minute wait to be seen on each visit. I'm grateful to have found his practice!

The ambiance is very welcoming. Dr. Bess sat down with me and gave a very detailed overview of chiropractic practice. It was my first time and she was understanding. She answered any questions I had and gave advice on my future self care journey.
Our feline was overdue for some shots and and an exam. My wife took her here yesterday, It was our first visit here and the staff and doctor were excellent. Everyone treated our little Gracie so kindly and professionally. Now she is all up to date on her shots and felling frisky and happy. We changed vet practices for reasons I won't go into here but suffice it to say we have had to adjust our lifestyle to that of a fixed income couple at this stage of our lives and the services and cost here were mor in line with what we could handle without scrimping on care for our little girl. Amazing experience I got my two boys groomed. They are senior dogs and have some arthritis in the back legs and some skin issues. She worked with and bathed them with a special shampoo for skin allergy. Also got recommended products for skin allergies and possible different diets for allergy sensitive dogs. She sent me pictures through out and updated me with anything I needed to know. Quick to responded and very timely. I recommend Anyone taking their time to do research on a good groomer to definitely take you dogs here. I couldn’t have had a better experience.

I had an hour massage with Kate, it was amazing! She was able to pinpoint knots and focus on the areas that needed it most. My only complaint is the last 30 mins the person in the room next to me was having a conversation and I could hear every word. Regardless, look forward to going back.

It's not near my normal places. But luck had me here so I decided to go again. It was relaxing and exactly what my body needed. They have a great staff to take care of men and women, and a couples massage room! The location was easy to get to. Again the massage was really relaxing. The therapist was attentive to my problem spots and her fingers did the trick. I would easily come here again if I was in the area

I have met with John several times for various injuries and he has helped me to heal so I can get back to cycling and other activities I love doing as soon as possible. I am amazed at how quickly he can diagnose and find the problem areas - he hones right in on the sore and injured muscles. I appreciate how he takes the time to explain what he is doing, and why. I leave with a better understanding of the issue, what I can do on my own to continue treatment, how to change the habits that led to the issue in the first place, and how to create new habits to prevent it from recurring.
