I wanted to recommend Adam at this location for a whole body stretch session. He's competent and listens. He works the problem areas accordingly. My body always responds to the stretching really well, and I feel great for days.

I went in for a 90 min session that included rapid tension and a custom deep tissue massage. It never disappoints with Manuel. I think of Manuel like the magic man. He is very knowledgeable and he knows his stuff. I’ve been a member of ME for 14 years and although I discovered Manuel in the past year, he has become my top favorite therapists for deep tissue therapy. Manuel listens. This session he focused on my upper and lower back and glutes. I left me feeling so rejuvenated. It was worth every minute.

I have had several excellent massages (in 2023) with Kassidy D. She is a great provider who tailors the massage to meet your needs. She was also the most effective prenatal massage provider who I saw during my pregnancy. Highly recommend.
