Shawn Jackson was professional and got the job done in a timely manner. His knowledge and work ethic are superb. He was responsive and friendly with all questions and issues. I will be using all things plumbing again when needed.

So i called around to a few places to get a tankless water heater installed (replacing a traditional electric one), to save on electric costs and to get longer runtimes on hot water in the shower. Shawn came in at a reasonable price and I'm glad I went with him. Does very clean work, responsive, and gets it working. Had a few hiccups with Rinnai (Rinnai not including all the accessories with the newer model tankless heaters). Shawn made sure to call Rinnai, get the parts needed asap and came back and made sure it was done (and done right). Installation looks was clean and professionally done. I reached out to have some plumbing issues resolved, as well as a new faucet install. Shawn was quick, professional, fairly priced, and did an amazing job. Very happy with the results and service call. Will definitely use his services in the future!
