“The Wellness Center was a bit hard to find, even with their detailed instructions. Once you find the building at the back of the parking lot, you walk up 2 sets of stairs and essentially look for their sign. I booked a prenatal massage with Ginger, and it was very relaxing! The massage started with choosing an essential oil, that was placed under the headrest. Ginger checked in with me during the massage regarding the pressure and provided information on why and what she was doing. I recommend booking a prenatal massage here for a relaxing experience!“
“I have met with John several times for various injuries and he has helped me to heal so I can get back to cycling and other activities I love doing as soon as possible. I am amazed at how quickly he can diagnose and find the problem areas - he hones right in on the sore and injured muscles. I appreciate how he takes the time to explain what he is doing, and why.
