“I had no interest in pilates, but after I injured myself, I was exposed to the reformer in my recovery. I then decided to continue after healing. I can now say that I really love it and have never felt stroger. It's a great option for many different people who are at multiple phases of ability. The studio is clean, and the teachers are all unique and great in their own way. Welcoming atmosphere!“
