“Let me be the first to say that my dog is more than most people can handle, medical professionals included. I got my Belgian Malinois when he was 8 weeks old, and went through 4 different vets that couldn't manage to give him his vaccinations. Either he was too "aggressive" or "squirmy". Then I found Pawsitive Care! Caesyn has been coming back ever since. The staff are always kind, caring, and courteous. No matter what I need, when I briefly moved to New Mexico the staff provided me with a copy of his complete file in no time, they are truly the best. The vet always asks if I have any concerns or if I've noticed any strange behavior and addresses my concerns kindly. I'll never go anywhere else, I refer everyone I know here!“

“I originally took my guinea pig to another practice in the region that offers an exotics clinic when I was concerned about an eye infection. After 10 days of the treatment plan from that clinic, I was concerned that the infection was worsening and elected to get seen at a different clinic for an alternate opinion. SEAVS was recommended so I reached out. Originally, they didn't have availability until the next business week, but when I mentioned that it was an eye infection and I wasn't sure if it needed to be seen sooner, they had me talk to a tech who was able to hear the details of the situation and get me an appointment the next day--I was so thankful! Dr Nielsen did a much more comprehensive exam than was done previously. She picked up on some subtle presentations that have been present as long as I have had this guinea pig and even suggested a possible etiology (and way to be sure, if I wanted to invest in a CT scan). She listened to all of my concerns, recommended a very thorough treatment plan, and told me to grab her card so I could reach out if there were any other questions or concerns. I know its an autoemail, but I was also impressed that the clinic reached out a few days after the appointment to check in and see how my guinea was doing. In the future, SEAVS is going to be my first call for guinea pig health concerns. Oh, and about that eye infection--after just a few days, it looks so much better!“

Dr. Z doesn't make you feel rushed when you have questions and is generally conservative when it comes to making recommendations for food, medicine, etc.Oh and if you come in for routine care or surgery packages, you get the exact price for everything before treatment begins. Wouldn't take my pup anywhere else!“

Their help and support has been a lifesaver over and over since I started bringing my cats to them in late 2020. Most of my visits have involved elderly kitties in their final years - good friends with me for 18 or 20 years. You can imagine what they meant to me. The team always has always been encouraging, loving and capable. I just moved to Philadelphia and not having them nearby is one of the hardest aspects of moving. I will still take my cats there as feasible. Who knows? I may need to move back!“

“My family take 2 of there dogs twice a week. The dogs love going each week and sometimes we do overnight boarding and they do an excellent job of taking care of them. I take them over twice a week and they come out to the car and get the dogs. “From the moment you walk in the door to going back to the patient rooms you and your pets are treated with kindness, respect, compassion, and love. The people who work at Sully take the time to facilitate positive interactions with your pets especially and make your visit comfortable, happy, relaxed, and quick. I used to live in Centreville and I've taken my family pets there and now our two dogs. We've seen multiple vets and interacted with a lot of the vet techs and the experience is always positive. They follow-up visits with genuine and sincere phone calls and texts checking in on your pets. They spend time making our nervous dog feel comfortable which is huge in making the experience less taxing for him and instead fun. They take time to socialize with our puppy. They answer ALL of our questions no matter how big or small, and trust me I often have a lot as a very mindful pet owner. They are responsive to emails and listen to your concerns. We drive an hour to get to Sully and so that should also show how much we appreciate them and what they do. Truly grateful for Sully and their staff.“

“I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Parks. We took our family Dog Star there when she was maybe 5 or 6? Before we met Dr. Parks we went to Battlefield, the WORST! Dr Parks saved Star from 3 different hip fractures, 2 tumors, one of the tumors she was 14 or 15 and he saved her. The tumor was a pretty decent side too. Star had a stroke at 17 and couldn’t control herself anymore. She passed over the rainbow bridge. Dr. Parks was able to have her cremated and we were able to keep her ashes and have an urn for her. Moving forward 7 years we got another dog, Ramona, she was just a pup, Dr Parks saved her when she was a little pup - rawhide - lesson learned. Ramona is now 12 going on 13. She has arthritis which he is helping her manage the pain for that! She has had all her blood work done recently and is thriving! I wouldn’t trust another Vet to care for my fur babies! Dr Park isn’t about the money like most vets are, he genuinely cares for these animals. I know when Ramona is with Dr Parks she is in good hands! You will not find another like him.“

“My normal vet wasn't able to see us today for an emergency case of kennel cough. The receptionist was wonderful in accommodating same day and also calling over to our other vet to get records. Dr Morrow and her assistant were incredibly compassionate, and thorough. I highly recommend this office. We will be switching to Dr. Morrow moving forward as we were so pleased.“
