“Service cart did not disappoint again. This is the 3rd job I used them for. They did a new AC installation 3 years ago at my rental home, they did 3 entire HVAC commercial
Units at my business on DuPont, and finally they did a brand new HVAC unit at my primary residence. The job at DuPont was a commercial one, so they had to use a crane. My landlord was beyond happy with the finished project.
Their last job at home was performed within a day, it was beautifully done. Sai, the owner kept in touch with me throughout the day and made sure that we were well taken care of. What a premier service for an affordable price.

Hopefully the office when sending jobs to technicians will stop putting last minute jobs on the schedule. “I recently experienced an issue with my AC unit at my Fairfax, Virginia home which required me to contact an AC repair company. I called a few companies, but landed on AA Rapid Plumming, Air Condition, and Heating for support.

It was a Sunday, my family had finally had enough of our not having cold air within our home, and we needed a company to come out and replace our AC fan motor. Within an hour of my speaking with Carlos at AA Rapid, Cesar was assigned to come out to my home to diagnose and resolve the issue.

Hail to Cesar! He was (and is) a true pro!!!! He was on time, thoughtful, answered all my questions, and even explained what I might need to consider in the future.

In truth, I chose them because they were available on a Sunday. But I received everything I asked for, needed, and more.

Erik was super responsive and was able to get me a quote as soon as I sent him the information he had requested.

Besides him, the team at Interstate is also very professional and communicated the process from start to finish, including working with the county inspection. They showed up on time, did their work as scheduled, and cleaned up after they left.

“Our well pressure tank failed and I was trying to find one that was from the same manufacturer. The manufacturer's website indicated that Northern Virginia Plumbing Services sold them. When I called I spoke with Reid and he told me they had a brand new tank(not from the same manufacturer) and that he would provide it to us for free, but that it needed a part I could get at a hardware store.

We agreed to meet the next morning and true to his word Reid showed up and gave me the tank. Over the course of the day, he checked in to see how we were progressing in getting the new tank installed. We completed the project but were still having some issue and I texted Reid on Saturday night. He called us back and gave us a suggestion that we will try. If things aren't working like they should I'll be calling Northern Virginia Plumbing Services to do a service call and get things working correctly.

This has been one of the best experiences I've ever had with a trades company. For any plumbing issue we have from now on we'll be calling Northern Virginia Plumbing Services to handle them.“

“Mega Plumbing installed our dishwasher; their services were purchased through Lowe's. In the 12 years I've lived in the DMV, this is by far the best experience I've had with a plumber.

Pros: I was able to choose to communicate via text or phone, they were able to schedule for my preferred day, they were running early so texted to see if I wanted to keep my time or have the install early. They were very friendly. They uninstalled our old dishwasher and installed our new dishwasher very quickly. Our floors are a little wonky and they took the time to level it carefully. It was a perfect install! They had to drill a new hole to get things up to code, which they didn't charge extra for and talked to us about ahead of time. They had plans in place to protect our flooring, including carrying both dishwashers in/out. We will definitely use them again!!!

Cons: We hired them through Lowe's so we can't speak to their pricing/billing.“

“I bought a home that came with an incorrectly installed water heater that ended up leaking (see attached) largely due to a missing drip pan. Because the unit was old and it was more trouble to install the drip pan and other parts by lifting the existing water heater, I called around to get water heater quotes.I went with Ray at State Plumbing because he was the most responsive and was able to provide a quote over the phone. He came the same week of me calling and installed a new water heater ~$200 less than what other plumbers were charging. Very happy with his work, professionalism, and I will be using him again for future plumbing needs around the house.“
