The plumber from Astro; Johnny was very professional. He communicated with us telling us the problem and what he did to fix it. He even went above and beyond by checking back with us to make we're still good! I will request him every timeServices: Plumbing pipe repair
Astro Plumbing provided excellent, top tier service. Johnny did a phenomenal job and I couldn't be any more happier with both the finished job and the timeframe to complete it. The job was small but it was just complicated enough that I wouldn’t dare attempt it myself. He took the time to review everything with me before he got started and kept me updated throughout. He also went over the repairs once he was done with his work.Not related to this actual job, he even gave me some general advice on other items that I will need to pay attention to for the future.
Johnny and Ed took wonderful care of my mom’s new condo that had a ton of issues. We could have put a band aid on it with an unknown expiration date but after all the trouble we had we decided to upgrade the water heater and piping after we had a nightmare with leaking water, gas, and carbon monoxide. We are so grateful they were able to spot the red flags and issues and get us set up so our system was safe. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and reliable plumber and plumbing service.
