“I hope this is Blue Pearl being that's where we went. Our poor cat had a appointment yesterday morning and on the way there she unfortunately passed. They couldn't of been more nice or caring. We walked in a hour early and explained that we had a appointment a little later but our cat was acting unusual so we rushed her over. But unfortunately we think she passed away. Lady immediately took her and asked if wanted cpr performed we said yes if they think there was a chance. They Immediately took her to the back. Unfortunately the lady came back out and took us to a room and said the vet would be in a few to talk to us He came a couple of minutes later and notified us that she had passed. We feel they were genuinely concerned and cared. We made arrangements for a cremation and they gave us all the time we needed to say our goodbyes. Thanks a bunch you guys rock!“

“I was referred to Midway for an emergency visit for my rabbit Frankin who was in gastric stasis. The staff were efficient and caring, keeping me informed the entire time. Dr. Moore sat on the floor and examined Franklin while holding him in his lap. Very caring staff that put owners at ease. I highly recommend especially if you own an exotic pet (not cat or dog) because it is very hard to find vet practices where all veterinarians see all types of pets.“

“Dr shields is amazing with crazy, but sweet bull terrier pup, RJ! She is so patient, very knowledgable, and I do not trust anyone else with my baby! She is very quick to email me results and provide a follow up phone call, which I appreciate her taking time out of her day to personally call me! The girls at the front are very quick to respond to medication refills. I do miss the later appt times and the saturday appts options. But overall, Dr Shields is amazing!!“

This office is clean and fresh smelling.<br><br>Every staff member met Schatzie and commented how adorable her smile was!<br><br>Heather, the vet tech, embraced Schatzie as if she were her own dog. The love and patience given to my pet during our appointment was outstanding! Heather even brought in a jar of peanut butter and offered Schatzie a few spoonfuls!<br><br>Dr Taylor was kind and gentle as well as extremely informative!<br>I'm so happy I transferred my 4 pets to this practice.“
