Ocean Air replaced my HVAC system. The technicians were efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. My new system was up and running within a few hours. The customer service from Ocean Air was excellent. Great price and great service!
Ocean Air is the company my builder used for HVAC when my new home was recently built. Two or three weeks after closing, the temps started to rise as they do in June in Hampton Roads. I noticed my a.c. wasn't able to keep my home set at 73 which was a conservative setting in my opinion. I called my builder and he referred me to Danny with Ocean Air. Danny was out there that afternoon, testing the system. He found that it was a little low on freon, most likely due to the system being installed and tested while ambient temps were still in the 60s and now that we're in the 90s, the system was in need of a little more. Was able to get a technician out the day after calling. Danny was on time and very professional. Able to get our AC up and running again during a very hot week. Thanks again, highly recommend.
