They were quick to respond my issue through 210 Home Warranty. Their technician Mark was very polite. I needed a second visit and discovered a completely different issue which was not related to the original problem. He suggested some quick fixes. He went above and beyond. 5 Angela

[Technician, Timeliness, Service] The team at Arctic heating and Cooling was wonderful. Liz was polite during the entire process with keeping me informed on when the services will be completed and working with the home warranty company on getting the parts needed. Damon found out what the problem was during his first visit and arrive within the given timeframe. He honestly told me it would take around two week to fix the issue, which was great. He did not try to cut corners with a untrustworthy timeframe. Mark came to install the part and found out the home warranty company ordered the wrong part. Not sure why people are complaining. This is the only company I will use through my home warranty. They are reliable, dependable and honest. Anytime we have used them we have been 110% satisfied. The manager is always pleasant and accommodating. I would recommend them to anyone. They just came out and Damon fixed our heating issue quickly. Last year we had an issue with our AC and our home warranty company send another place and they told us we needed almost $1k in stuff that the home warranty company didn't cover.
