1800 Presidents St, Reston“I reached out to 1TO1 Fitness to fix my imbalanced set of muscles throughout my body due to some prior unfortunate circumstances. I had 4 weeks before an important lifetime event to get my body repaired for the rigors of distant travel and high activity at the destination. 1TO1 fitness rose to the challenge and created a program of 8 focused sessions. I told them my personality demanded a hands-on approach with a PT who was a "slave driver" and I was assigned Erich. Erich was unrelenting (in a good way) and he helped me to stretch my joints and strengthen my muscles, which is exactly what I needed. He also made my goals his 100% and kept me motivated telling me that I could make the progress I wanted with his help. That kept me motivated and working hard to make it so. And he was right! Thankfully, with his help, I stood straighter and became stronger -- exactly what I needed! It's amazing what we accomplished all we did in just eight weeks! Thank you 1TO1 Fitness and a special shout-out to Erich supported by Teresa (Reston Manager) and Stephen (set my schedule)! You all rock!“

It would be great for someone new to strength training or for people like me who have been lifting for awhile, but appreciate less thinking and planning.
The trainer - in Fairfax, it’s Andrew who is wonderful - handles everything, from exercises chosen and sequence, to setting the weights, tracking progress, increasing weights, and timing each exercise.
Imagine circuit training where you just move from station to station and it’s ready for you. Andrew pushes me, which I definitely need, but is also mindful of challenges and injuries.
He is fantastic to work with; very personable, patient, motivating, and encouraging.
For healthy aging, women are being encouraged to include resistance training. The Perfect Workout is an effective way to incorporate it, even if you don’t know what you’re doing.“

I was going to say no and find some excuse but something said “Take the chance”Mind you I’m in my late 50s, overweight and out of shape… I am so grateful that I took that step. Eric pushes you and encourages you… he takes into account each student’s needs and goals. I still have so long to go on my journey but I can’t imagine traveling this road with anyone except Eric! He is truly patient and caring -tailoring the experience to fit your specific needs. Can’t wait till I can join the next session of Boot Camp!“

There are no more than 2 people doing their personal training session at one time. They have you do an assessment to see where you're at in fitness capability so they can tailor your workouts to your needs and abilities. Pauline handles workout scheduling only. You need to speak to the gym owner for information on pricing and the business side of things. I do now know prices so cannot comment on how it compares with other gyms but the workout was great. This is not a place to go however if you like to take your time during a workout. You are legitimately sprinting at time from workout to workout.“

Plenty of machines/racks and the locker room is clean. You'll be hard-pressed to find a better gym than this for the same cost.App kind of sucks, but that's out of their control.Would love it if there were competition-grade Kg plates, but I might be in the small minority that would use them.“

43360 Defender Dr, Chantilly“I happened to be in the area the other day and tried out this location. WOW, so much better than the One Loudoun location that I wish I lived closer. It's bright, spacious, and clean. Seems like way less broken equipment and newer equipment where you can actually read the labels on weights and such. The staff were very friendly and helpful too, and the locker rooms are a bit nicer. None of the broken shower doors and such like One Loudoun. My only complaints with this location would be that the sauna seemed like it was barely on, and they could use a tad more equipment. Seems like they have all that space but I didn't see a good decline press machine or leg curl machine and some other standards. Their functional fitness area also looked fairly basic.“

Make sure that nothing’s going on you know the house the hot tub is also very good customer service. The work is very nice to you. Hope you get your membership easily and yeah.“

13055-B Lee Jackson Memorial Hwy, Fairfax“This gym is definitely one of the cleanest. I for one can’t stand to see when there are tissues and misc. stuff just sitting around. Here they definitely are more diligent about making their rounds and keeping it tidy. Plenty of equipment and has everything I need plus some more. The staff is so kind and inviting. More than I’ve seen in other gyms around the area. Definitely, I see myself going long term here even if i have another PF closer to me in the future.

For years I have struggled with eating enough food and coming up with a meal plan that works for me. He understands both the mental and the physical aspects of eating and will work with you to come up with the best solution. I have tried many online and personal trainers to get help with eating and he is the only one that has listened, understood and provided a solution for what I was going through based on his own health journey“
