Athlete's Addiction (AA) is an incredible facility and a great place to work out. The staff really knows the business and customizes a plan for each individual athlete. Our son has only been there about 2 weeks so far, but it has been excellent. AA has weight training, and what we really like is your athlete is monitored by a trainer while working out so you know they are doing it "right" and they can be corrected if and when needed. It is a safe environment while still pushing your athlete to improve. AA also has fantastic speed and agility classes which challenge your athlete. My 14 yr old son been doing the "Speed, Agility, & Quickness Classes" training for the past four weeks as part of his conditioning for AAU basketball. There has been a significant improvements and we have expanded training for several months. We have been very happy the training being provided and would highly recommend.

My daughter, loves this place. She went there for 2 months and got so much out of it! They push you hard, but it’s so worth it! Love this place would totally recommend to everyone.
