“I've seen Dr. Schreffler for the duration of my pregnancy to proactively balance and mitigate so many of the traditional aches, pains, and body changes. His work with me has evolved with every week and every new concern/area of focus. He has a very personalized approach to meet the needs of my body. There are traditional chiropractic movements, but also body work, massage, and Webster Technique additions. Dr. Schreffler is kind, empathetic, knowledgeable (and shares this knowledge) proactively and makes me feel very comfortable (and my body feel better after every session). You get personal training in a clean and comfortable gym located in the lower level of a single family home in a great neighborhood. Chris provides excellent training, adjusts to your schedule, and keeps the entire routine interesting and challenging. This training studio is terrific!“
“I am a sucker for group workout classes, so of course I had to try out Barry's and it did not disappoint! Their facility is so nice. They have a shake bar to order protein smoothies ready to go right after your workout. They also supply their bathrooms with ouai products. Something about running and working out under the red light and to the edm/house/upbeat music hits different. This workout is definitely not for the faint of heart as it is a hiit style workout with 30 minutes of treadmill running/inclines and 30 minutes of strength training. Either way, it is a hard class, but I love it!“

“I've been training at Pentagon MMA for a couple years, and I can confidently say it's one of the best decisions I've made for my fitness and martial arts journey. All of the coaches are highly skilled, patient, and genuinely invested in your progress, no matter your experience level. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced practitioner, there's always something new to learn. The environment is incredibly supportive and welcoming. The gym has multiple programs, such as Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Little Warriors. There are also different formats for instruction, such as group classes, private lessons, and online material - all designed to challenge and push students to improve their skills. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you need for a great workout. Everyone is friendly, encouraging, and respectful, making it easier to stay motivated. Pentagon MMA offers classes in the early morning, afternoon, and evening, allowing students to train at almost any time that works best. Kru Vivek and the entire staff do a fantastic job of finding new ways to keep students engaged by hosting seminars, scrimmages, smoker matches, and bringing in decorated instructors, such as Kru Jom Kitti to impart their knowledge. “Anytime fitness is great anytime. They have a day pass for you. However they are stingy with the free passes. I’m still a 24hour fitness man and an LA Fitness guy. But in Tallahassee I may need to make adjustments if the FSU gym doesn’t do it. But I’m sure the seminoles got it covered. Vamos a ver.“
