I am in awe of the training I had with them, I have been in my fitness journey on and off for the past 8 years and have gone to multiple studios, and personal trainers in the NoVA area to find the right fit for me, my body and something that was challenging enough as well. Clarendon Personal hit all these in just the first session and every session I continue to take.I am someone who can tend to want to slip off my fitness journey every now and then but with them… nope, they pushed-me, encouraged me, reminded me of what I’m capable of, and were so consistent with their communication in and out of the center, that I ALWAYS felt so welcomed and appreciated going to work out with them. My body thanked me each time after the sessions, even though I did feel sore and felt every body part being put to work …it felt amazing because I felt i was getting my moneys worth and felt like I accomplished workouts I wouldn’t of ever thought I would do. I walk out proud of myself and thankful to have found a personal training center that focuses on me and actually puts the personal to personal training.“

His work with me has evolved with every week and every new concern/area of focus. He has a very personalized approach to meet the needs of my body. There are traditional chiropractic movements, but also body work, massage, and Webster Technique additions. Dr. Schreffler is kind, empathetic, knowledgeable (and shares this knowledge) proactively and makes me feel very comfortable (and my body feel better after every session). I've seen a few chiropractors and Dr. Schreffler is the best for me! Would highly recommend if you are looking for a thoughtful approach.“

All of the coaches are highly skilled, patient, and genuinely invested in your progress, no matter your experience level. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced practitioner, there's always something new to learn. The environment is incredibly supportive and welcoming. The gym has multiple programs, such as Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Little Warriors. There are also different formats for instruction, such as group classes, private lessons, and online material - all designed to challenge and push students to improve their skills. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you need for a great workout. Everyone is friendly, encouraging, and respectful, making it easier to stay motivated. Pentagon MMA offers classes in the early morning, afternoon, and evening, allowing students to train at almost any time that works best. Kru Vivek and the entire staff do a fantastic job of finding new ways to keep students engaged by hosting seminars, scrimmages, smoker matches, and bringing in decorated instructors, such as Kru Jom Kitti to impart their knowledge. Not all martial arts facilities offer this many opportunities, which is part of what makes this place special. I encourage anyone in the area looking for a place to train to come check it out! “For ten years I’ve tried personal trainers/gyms in Northern Virginia, and none have come close to Connor Gannon’s expertise in creating individualized workouts to keep my mid-60s bones dense and halt muscle loss. The positive atmosphere and highly skilled trainers at Method mean EVERY client will feel welcome and respected regardless of age, weight, or fitness level. I regard my Method workouts as preventative medicine for a healthy heart and body. For me, this is more important than spending money at fancy hair salons, or on manicures, spa treatments, Botox, etc. Strength training is key for aging gracefully.“
