These guys are the best. Great selection and great service at a fair price. John and Eric at the counter are always professional, prompt and friendly. Whether it's for some small fittings for around the house or a corporate account, this is the place to be in Alexandria.

I was recommended to go here by Ace Hardware as I needed some parts to plumb in my new sink. Chris was really friendly and helpful and gave us a load of good tips on the installation. As someone who is unfamiliar with this skill I was concerned about going to a specialist but they were very patient and sorted me out with all the right stuff for a good price.Thanks Chris.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff saved me from buying the wrong items and from buying a more expensive part that would not have been useful for my application. Really appreciated being able to get answers to questions, something the online buying experience does not provide. Thanks!
