While I ended up not having them service our unit--the rep took the time to explain what would be needed to fix my HVAC system. Beyond just explaining the situation and configuration of my system, he shared very good advice, info and recommendations for best practices with an HVAC system. The unit(s) I have may need more work than they can offer, and that's where the honesty comes in...he directed me to another, local and trusted - but larger shop (vs. "mom and pop" which I'd prefer)-- that could better meet the needs of the project. That's big in my book. I only gave 4 stars because I'd not had work done on the units by them--no doubt, though, that Dillingham's would deliver quality service!“
