“D's Enterprise A/C was recommended by a neighbor. My call to set up an appointment was handled professionally and with kindness by Theresa. She worked with me scheduling the service around my busy Work from Home meeting schedule. The Service Rep was scheduled and on arrival greeted me and inspired confidence in me that my A/C problem would be corrected to my satisfaction.
My A/C system is more than 15 years old and the Service Rep was very familiar with how it should work and what the problem might be. I was very impressed with how efficiently several diagnostic tests were performed and the information used to provide a solution.
The issue required replacement of a blower motor which was not commonly kept in stock. I had tried for several months to find a replacement for this motor by calling several companies and none of them was able to provide that same motor. Theresa was able to locate 2 versions of this motor with a very significant price difference between the 2 of them. I discussed the difference between the 2 motors with the Service Rep (Denis) and told him I didn't mind the extra expense of the more costly one if it provided advantages over the less costly and his opinion was that the more expensive motor provided no significant advantage.
Scheduling the next appointment after the motor was delivered to their office was as positive as the 1st appointment and the installation process went smoothly with Denis providing multiple post installation checks to ensure the complete A/C system was restored to full function.

They have done all kinds of work for me from putting in new vents, maintenance on units at my rental properties and most recently installed a brand new heating/ac unit at my home. When it was not cooling the house how it should.. they come back out and check air flow and installed new exhaust returns and bigger vent in my daughters room to get the circulation in the house just right. Call them! They come out when they say they will and they do a quality job! If there is adjustments that need to be made.. they happily come back out promptly to do what needs to be done.
