This is the best yoga practice I have been to. You do not have to know how to do yoga. The instructors are great with instructions and tailoring the class to the needs of the students. When I started here I was over 200 pounds and could not get on the floor or into my lower kitchen cabinets. I can now do those and more. This is definitely a practice for "Everyone" men, women, young, old, fit and fat! They also have all the equipment so you only need to bring yourself.

I’ve been coming for about 3 weeks now with a goal to try out all the classes. This truly is an all levels place. If you are totally new this is a great place to get started because the class sizes are reasonable and the instructors are accessible. I’ve lucked out and had a class with just me and the instructor. Can you beat private instruction? The new location off Ballard is larger than the previous spot and there are plenty of places to park.

Great studio with great teachers and owner. Monday evening 7:30 class is awesome! Lots of class options and all props, including mat are provided for you. Studio is clean and spacious.
