My favorite place to unwind and stretch out! Brenda is an amazing instructor, she sincerely cares about each person's wellness. It's a great place to steal away and take care of yourself.

This is a Christian yoga studio and as soon as you come in the door you are greeted by the owner, Brenda. Not your run-of-the-mill studio. Very calming atmosphere. Classes can be challenging, but not hard and Brenda does modifications depending on your skill level. Prices are very reasonable.

I am so glad I was talked into coming to WHolly Formed Yoga over a year ago. The 2-3 times I attend each week are the most relaxing hours I have! It's not just body work, it's soul work, as we stretch to soothing worship music. Your classes have a sense of community and we cheer each other on. I am so grateful to be stronger and so much more flexible because of this wonderful studio!!
