I'm a remote owner, so it was paramount that I get my renters reliable A/C ASAP. The issue had been assessed twice before by other companies, but they were not able to diagnose the issue properly, and therefore were not able to fix it. Dwayne and his company were on time, diagnosed the issue, and fixed it within an hour. Strong work!

Texas Best saved us from an AC nightmare - I cannot recommend them enough. We are using American home shield and if you've ever dealt with them, you know how terrible it can be. The first company we were assigned to was awful, but as soon as we were switched to Texas Best I was SO RELIEVED. They called me right away and were able to come out immediately. He was super courteous, explained everything, and was able to not only fix our AC but check it over thoroughly and answer any questions we had. I had problems with my thermostat not shutting off after it reached the set temperature. I called Texas Best Heating & Air, they were able to come out that same day, diagnose the problem and fix right away. He was professional in every way.
