Fixed my AC a few times and then installed a new unit (old unit was 20 yrs old Freon unit and getting expensive to run & recharge). Each experience has been great, and new unit has worked like a dream through the whole summer.

We're building a new house and were having some trouble getting our contractor to address some AC issues. Called Thompson's for a second opinion, and they were incredible. Took a look, let us know what to keep an eye out for and really set our minds at ease. And it was a first consultation, so no charge. Will definitely be using them in the future.

David is amazing. Temperatures between 107-110 degrees outside and our old AC unit quit. He worked us into his schedule to diagnose the problem, walked me through it so I understood and gave us options for replacing the unit. On installation day, he Showed up early and had our new unit installed and running before the afternoon heat set in. Cannot recommend a more honest and ethical guy.
