“We had ac problems after hours and put a call on to Poe Air. It went to a recorded message, but before we could get referrals from friends and family for another company he called back and was at our home in less than 30 mins. He singled out the problem, and listened to our concerns about a high electric bill did a system check and informed us of a possibility of the cause; too much freon. He said it causes the AC to use more electricity and recommended "bleeding" some off.We agreed to call and set another appointment and before we could the next day, he called us, was able to come right away. He took his time measuring for cool air loss too. He fixed the problem and did not charge extra! We were really happy with his professionalism. Even asking about a new system did not cause him to go into hypersalesman. We will recommend this company and continue to support thm ourselves.“

“I was put in a bind by the previous backflow testing company as they did not fill out the paperwork precisely as the water company wanted. I asked them to fill in the missing information and resend. It didn't happen. The result was I was given 4 days to get a new backflow test or have my water shutoff. So, I took the previous tester out of the picture and scrambled to get a new one. Everyone I called couldn't possibly do it in that amount of time, but not Mr Backflow!! They did what they could to get it done. I don't know what Darcy in the office did to rearrange, but she did and I'm grateful. David showed up to to do the testing and was done inside a few minutes. He was nice, courteous and got the test done. He and Darcy both acted like they hadn't done anything more than just their jobs, but to me, it was a blessing.Many thanks to all of you at Mr. Backflow!! I truly appreciate the terrific service.“
