“My experience with neighborhood eye doctors was an incredible one. She was very kind and patient and explained everything 10 out of 10 stars. I highly highly recommend.“

“I was told my insurance covered frames up to $150. Then I was immediately taken to frames that started at $159. When I did not like any of them the salesperson came back with a $139 pair. I don't think you should automatically assume someone can just spend what you want them to. Show people what their insurance covers and start there. As a consumer that doesn't make me feel like a valued customer. It seems like you only value the sales.“

“Highly recommend Dr. Cox and Spring Eye Care. He is very knowledgeable about many eye conditions and takes his time to listen to your concerns and answer questions. I also recommend using the 3 d eye scan. I had an eye condition pop up this year and it was easier to spot and see progression by comparing scans from last year. The biggest reason we go here though is he is experienced with accommodative esotropia (lazy eye). My daughter is a teen now, but we were always uneasy about prescriptions from other optometrists because they didn't seem to understand how prescriptions can be different for someone with that condition. He knew exactly what to do though and explained everything very well.“

“Best eye doctor I've ever been to. I've had bad experiences in the past with other doctors whose answer to everything was always just prescribe "reading glasses" although I have 20/20 vision. I suffered from lots of painful eye straining even when not at a computer, dryness and irritation in my eyes that wouldn't go away with eye drops, headaches and constant motion sickness. After going to a primary healthcare doctor and walking away with nothing I decided to get my eyes checked. My husband started coming here for his contact lenses and he liked them so I decided to come too. I was told that the "reading glasses" I was given in the past were a wrong prescription, which I believed because they did NOTHING for me. Then,Dr.Nguyen told me about this new exam called Neurolens, at first I was skeptical, I wondered if they were just trying to sell me something because my insurance didn't cover it. But after reading the pamphlets, watching some videos on this new technology, and discussing with my husband I decided to try it. It was quite expensive but let me tell you, Dr. Nguyen was right. My results were that i had misaligned vision which was why my eyes strained so much even though I have 20/20 vision! He explained to me that it would take some time to adjust. The first week I hated wearing the glasses because everything looked distorted! I felt like I was going to fall and I'm a busy mom , I was a bit worried. After complaining to my husband about having to wear glasses when I have perfect vision, at around 2 weeks I stopped complaining. These glasses were the solution. I don't know how, I don't know why, but whenever I wear them I do not strain my eyes at ALL. I don't feel motion sickness, my eyes have not been dry at all. It's just unbelievable how well they worked. They're not like any other lens, but it definitely helped my misalignment and its now been a few months and I have seen a HUGE difference. So all this to say, trust Dr. Nguyen, he is an honest man. Thank you for helping me, I wear my glasses daily!“

“Its been close to 3 years since my last exam and I usually go to walmart but this time i decided lets try eye lab and im glad i made the decision Jennifer was so helpful and kind! She made the experience simple and fast. The only "CON" was the stickers on the glasses were color coded and almost all of the purple ones were acutually blue. Seeing as im color blind i spent almost 40 mins finding the perfect pairs to buy just to find out they are actually purple i got a bit dissapointed and recommend maybe number the glasses from 1 to 5 vs color coding them to avoid any more color fading issues, other than that. I loved every bit of it and will return later to buy the pairs i wanted.“

“Dr.Davis has been amazing. We took our son for his eye (it turned inward). We started NVT and we did see results even at his young age. I certainly believe if you stick with the program you will see good results especially as they age and can handle more cognitively. Overall very nice person and doctor. Thankful for their care of my son.“
