“JW Roofing and Remodeling is fantastic! Roxanne Derby, the executive administrator, for the company oversaw the entire operation. Her attention to detail is outstanding, making sure all the workers that came to the house, did just what they were supposed to do and didn’t cut any corners. I needed a new roof because of hail damage. The Roxanne came in with her team and assessed the damage and all the detail work that would be needed to accomplish the work and wrote up the estimate and sent it to my insurance company. The first adjuster my insurance company sent out made kind of a low ball estimate, ignoring all the extra work that would be needed to do the roof replacement and repairs correctly. Roxanne worked with my insurance company to cover all the costs needed to have the work completed as it should be. The result was that the final bill paid by the insurance company was about 40% higher than what the low ball estimate was from the first adjuster. It took quite a bit of going back and forth with the insurance company, but the executive administrator was involved every day to insure that the insurance company paid for everything.
