“Israel helped me with two projects, one being my new vinyl floors and the other being the bathroom remodel. With my vinyl wood flooring and trim work, him and his team made sure that everything was installed correctly and timely while making sure the area was clean. With my bathroom, this project did take more time and was a bit of a mess because of the complete remodel (tile floor, shower, plumbing, electrical, etc) but Israel made sure that the the area was clean and ready for us to use. “Great experience with Dunn-Wright. Did a bedroom addition as well as other work and they worked with us and explained every step. They even sent pictures for clarification before continuing with work when we were away during the renovation to get our input. Unlike every other contractor we interviewed, when it came to permitting everything they didn't bat an eye and did it all the right way (versus other contractors that would increase the overall cost of the quote for some reason when asked to permit everything-sometimes 10s of thousands of dollars more!). “Overall, I am happy with Rooftop Roofing and Remodeling upon the completion of our project.We are wrapping up a project with ROOFTOP REMODELING, and we are very HAPPY with this company! Our house went from being the dump of the neighborhood to a BEAUTIFUL home. We immediately had them start quoting us on our next project because we would be glad to use them again. They repaired wood rot around our property, painted 100% of stucco, trim, and foundation, installed gutters, and removed a door and window for us. They worked on our house, detached garage, and casita, so it was extensive. We've worked with multiple nightmare contractors in the past, and we didn't incur any of the typical issues. I'm so pleased because the WORK LOOKS GREAT; workers SHOWED UP ON TIME; no one asked to use my bathroom (that's a big one); site was cleaned up and debris hauled off; they seemed to have good time management; and they NEVER ASKED FOR MORE MONEY. They also offered a warranty on their work and their bid was competitive to other highly rated companies. We ultimately went with them because Bob had excellent communication, professionalism, and he was friendly, whereas the competition was unprofessional and didn't seem as interested in the opportunity. Lujahne, Rich, and Maria were so quiet, we rarely knew when then were here, and I definitely felt safe. They were very unobtrusive, and it was a surprisingly peaceful project. I would highly recommend this company (which is so rare nowadays!), and I look forward to working with them in the future!Services: Gutter installation“
