“Overall, I am happy with Rooftop Roofing and Remodeling upon the completion of our project.We are wrapping up a project with ROOFTOP REMODELING, and we are very HAPPY with this company! Our house went from being the dump of the neighborhood to a BEAUTIFUL home. We immediately had them start quoting us on our next project because we would be glad to use them again. They repaired wood rot around our property, painted 100% of stucco, trim, and foundation, installed gutters, and removed a door and window for us. They worked on our house, detached garage, and casita, so it was extensive. We've worked with multiple nightmare contractors in the past, and we didn't incur any of the typical issues. I'm so pleased because the WORK LOOKS GREAT; workers SHOWED UP ON TIME; no one asked to use my bathroom (that's a big one); site was cleaned up and debris hauled off; they seemed to have good time management; and they NEVER ASKED FOR MORE MONEY. They also offered a warranty on their work and their bid was competitive to other highly rated companies. We ultimately went with them because Bob had excellent communication, professionalism, and he was friendly, whereas the competition was unprofessional and didn't seem as interested in the opportunity. Lujahne, Rich, and Maria were so quiet, we rarely knew when then were here, and I definitely felt safe. They were very unobtrusive, and it was a surprisingly peaceful project. “Stonecare, with the help of Ryan, has helped save us two times. We had outside sandstone that turned into a big mess with grout haze, covering most of all the stone. Ryan’s team came out and cleaned it to perfection. We then called Ryan out again to help with grout issues in our main kitchen/dining area. The house of my dreams did need some foundation repairs and as soon we bought the house I called Aztec back out to sign the contract so we could begin the repairs. That fee was deducted from my total price and they began repairs shortly after. I was satisfied with the whole process and impressed with how much better the house looks now. “I have a 100 year old home that had carpet covering the original pine floors. I called Taylor Made Wood Flooring and I am so glad that I did. He came out when he said he would to give me the estimate. These floors looked pretty rough, but he was confident that he could get them looking wonderful. He was great about answering all of my questions and promptly returned any texts I sent when I thought of a few more. Chuck Taylor did a fabulous job on my floors. I am so happy with how they turned out. It is an amazing difference from the way they looked after the carpet was removed. He cleaned up and hauled the old carpet off for me too. He was professional, knowledgeable of his craft, polite, and just a pleasant guy to be around. Chuck came back to fill in some little gaps where my old floors didn't quite reach all the way under my baseboards. That day he even helped me bring some furniture back into the house from my shed.
