Tim showed up early, addressed the problem and had it fixed in the next 30-45 minutes. Tim was polite and courteous and I could not ask for better service. If I could give you 10 stars, I would.“

“Ac stopped cooling in 100 degree weather on a Saturday. Nova air was one of many we called for repairs and they responded promptly. They are the business owners responding to calls unlike others who have answering services that do not have access to scheduling. They had the part on hand for the repairs and completed the work reasonably well. We took one star because we had to call them 2x before we got a clear timeline of their arrival time. So communicating with us was lacking. But honest legit family business. Would use them again.“
