“Timely service, very hot today, Omar and Leo did a good job. However service had to be called twice after due to not cooling properly. Had to fix one issue, duct problem myself even though supposed to be replaced. Cristo was great on service.“

“Flo Aire installed my new HVAC system in 2020 & all the duct work in 2021. Very fair prices without the gimmicky discounts most companies try to make you think are a "good deal". Since 2020, Flo Aire has come out twice a year per the maintenance agreement I purchased to check the system and ready it for spring/fall. I've also had them install a larger breaker outside to better handle the electrical pull. I'm very pleased with the services provided by Flo Aire and their customer service is always top notch - it's a great company to do business with!“

“Logan with Statewide came out to our deer lease to install an A/C. It was raining and we thought we might have to cancel. Statewide shuffled his next appointment around so he could wait on the rain to stop before starting the install. We had a small window and Logan had everything complete in less than 2 hours. Logan was not only quick and efficient, but polite, courteous and made sure the job got done right. He saved us a great deal of time by getting this done today and not having to reschedule in the coming weeks.

“I hav a very rare air filter size on one of my ac returns in my house, couldn't find anywhere ,and then I remembered about this place that I pass by everyday back of my neighborhood, so I looked them up on line after hours, and sure enough they carried them, I ordered a box of 12 of them , and they not only had them , but 3 choice s to choose from . I made an order of the ones that I liked ,paid for them on line, got a email back from them on my phone email,and next morning drove by,picked them up ,that easy and hav been using them ever since ,I chose the medium ones ,and they r fNtDtic filters ,I've never been more satisfied with the filters then I am with those ,all i can say is, for the price and the convenience, the quality of the filters ,I am totally happy with them,nowadays finding everything is fantastic with that company i just laugh , u can't find anything good any more in almost any company's any more, no costumer satisfaction is a rear thing to find anymore ,1 company that still does make u happy tht u found them and used them ,good luck finding that anore in the USA God bless and hav a great day everyone! “They are very prompt. Within just a few hours after I called, their employee, Paul, was at my home checking on why the air wasn’t cooling from my a/c. He was extremely polite and respectful to me. He found the problem and explained to me in great detail what was wrong and the two ways I could choose to have it repaired. One way was the cheapest and would take care of the problem but he also gave me the option of a repair plus an additional part which would create greater preventive for this happening again. He made the repair and also checked my a/c unit for any other problems. He also suggested that I should have my a/c checked every six . months so this problem would be noticed and corrected before the loss of the cool air from my a/c. The price was reasonable and Paul was a complete gentleman and an excellent a/c repairman.“

“My AC was not working and I have 4 kids and it was extremely hot. I called Brandy at Cool Texas Air. She sent George out to my house within 1 hour. It took him 20 minutes to fix it. Best customer service I have ever had.“

“Bryan at One Hour was great. I had condensation leaking from the AC vents in several rooms. Other companies gave me quotes for thousands of dollars to replace all of my duct work to fix the problem. Bryan found a few issues with the current ducts and gave me a very reasonable quote to fix those issues. Bryan walked me through what was planned to be fixed using the itemized quote he created for me. On the day of the work, they arrived on time, and it took them about 4 hours to complete the work. They took pictures of the before and after and showed me the pictures at the end of the work they completed.
