I recently had the pleasure of working with Mario from Elmer's Plumbing, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service provided. Mario was not only highly professional but also exceptionally nice throughout the entire process. Joseph provided a very thorough inspection of my existing ducts and unit. The options were thoroughly explained. He made sure I understood everything and was not only professional but also personable. Loved the fact I could start this process by booking online and that Elmer's works outside of normal business hours for those of us that work full-time.All of your staff that I have dealt with so far have been fantastic. Friendly, personable, and extremely courteous.The level of service provided by everyone at Elmer's has been way above what you get anywhere. I'm really impressed.Very glad I chose this company!
Joseph came by last week since our AC blower motor was out causing the lines to freeze up. Walked us through everything and explained everything perfectly, and fixed it up -as soon as the next morning since they were out of parts for that night. He was very accommodating and super nice, gave us some recommended upgrades and scheduled a free maintenance under our warranty every six months. Very pleased with this service and because of Joseph, I recommend Elmer’s Home Services for anyone and will continue to use this service for the future.
