StateWide Service Co. came highly recommended from a friend when our AC went down. I'm being honest when I say that they have gained a life long customer.The owners really struck me as just good people. It is the middle of the summer, averaging 107 degrees or so, StateWide's busiest time of the year. They were able to send a tech out right away. After determining I needed a new system (which I did, unit was from the 80's), they made a point to call or text and check up on us the couple of days leading up to the new system install, and were responsive to all of my questions. We are incredibly grateful to Noe who made time for us on a Saturday morning to help us get into our home. He was so nice and him taking the time to come meant everything to us. Getting our AC installed was the only thing stopping us from moving in, if he hadn’t come we’d have had to wait who knows how long. He was instructive, timely, professional and because of his willingness to help us we highly recommend this company for anyone needing HVAC work!Service: Install AC

My new A/C went out and needed refrigerant. I called Statewide and they came out the next day. It was under warranty, so I thought maybe they would put me at the back of the line, but they came out quicky. Joe was the technician that came to my house and he was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He explained that I had a refrigerant leak and needed a new condenser coil. He pumped it full of refrigerant and advised I would be able to use the A/C until the new coil came in. A couple of days later, I got a call from the office advising the coil was ordered and when they expect to be back out to install it. Great service, great communication and reliable. Awesome.
