Was given excellent care for my 2 year old and will definitely use this place going forward. With a very limited office availability for his regular doctor and honestly, not the greatest care, I always take him to the ER bc well, I’m a first time mom and everything seems life threatening to me. However, since we’ve had a few go rounds, we haven’t had any but 1 actual emergency so we will go here.“

I had to take my son here, because previously I had taken him to CareNow on Stone Oak Pkwy twice, and for a horrible cough and wheezing, they did not follow a proper care plan to bring the wheezing down. Here at the ER, they nebulized him, took a chest x-ray to discard pneumonia, and provided excellent care and a medication regimen that has already helped him in a day! I highly recommend this ER to anyone!“

“Front desk receptionist was very kind and efficient as well the other ladies. First impression is very important to me and they exceeded expectations. Their smiles were great too. The tech who took me back to do my vitals and gather other information was also very kind and informative. He explained everything he was doing.
The doctor I saw, Dr. Safaa Soueid was very kind and thorough. I have never been to a doctor's office where they informed me about everything they were doing including test that day and future tests. “Been to this location twice in January 2024. An absolutely wonderful experience each time. Staff members greet you the minute you walk in the door with a smile on their face and IN their voice. After you're checked in, they'll direct you to the proper waiting area. One is for patients to see their doctor. Others are for labs, etc. These waiting areas are spacious and the "wait time" is not long at all. Multiple restrooms are located throughout the building. My physician created a treatment plan I am very comfortable with. I look forward to working with my new family at Gonzaba Medical Group on Bandera Road!!“
