I had an appt scheduled for my son to be seen at 5:30 In the evening. we arrived filled out all the paper work. was told his insurance is showing inactive. despite me showing her physically that it says approved through Feb 2024. while speaking with her about the situation a woman came in having some sorta allergic reaction to which front desk said "we can check your vitals but if it's not an emergency you'll have to wait or go to the ER" despite the woman indicating she'd been there a few times in the last couple months for the same reason. the woman was taken back but before she could make it into a room front desk says "Idk why she doesn't understand that". very rude...read full review

Updated: I’ve always had a great experience here with the doctors and staff. Last week my husband was sick and I brought him to the Marbach location. He is still amazed at how great this place is. He’s never impressed with doctor’s offices and he keeps telling me how thankful he is to be treated and diagnosed here.From the point of check in through the whole process every person is kind and professional. It may take time to get through the entire appointment but we weren’t rushed and were taken care of. Thank you for restoring faith in my husband that people do care about others and making him feel good again. The entire staff is so friendly and professional.

This is the BEST urgent care I have ever experienced. The doctors and staff are so caring and polite. Compared to all other urgent care I’ve been to, this one by far, is the BEST.
