I came in not well and he took his time to explain what was happening to me, I was being treated as a human being instead of being unheard and dismissed. “Cris did well at checking us in if we had any questions. Payment is required before being seen which is normal for an urgent care. Dr A. Gomez was amazing she checked my child and answered all my questions.“
