Very clean facility. Great to be able to set up appointment time on line. Pleasant front office and back office staff. My practitioner S. Mitchum is excellent. She helped me so much!
I had a great experience with RUSSELL steitle , he is the nurse practitioner at the urgent care. I came in not well and he took his time to explain what was happening to me, I was being treated as a human being instead of being unheard and dismissed. Im living in Georgia and that type of treatment is rare. I really appreciated his patience and care. I wish more people in healthcare were like you thank you!!!
Very friendly and professional. My first time visiting this location. Everyone was super friendly. Got in pretty quick with a reservation made by phone ahead of time. Got a pretty thorough exam based on my symptoms and tested for covid-19 flu, and RSV. Called that afternoon with results (negative) and called med to my pharmacy. Very easy and pleasant process, not counting the nasal swap test.?
