“I have an Amazon business and am very computer savvy. When my main office PC wouldn't turn on it seemed like the the power supply was not working and the battery was flat dead - but the power supply light was on and the output was the rated 19.5V. Stumped, I brought the PC over to Dillon at Limitless Tech. They were formerly "Computer Nerds" and recently moved a few hundred yards to a new location in Churchill Plaza, 13457 Blanco Rd. Dillon, the owner waited on me immediately. His initial guess was that the chip in the power supply had failed. He tried to fire up the PC and for about 3 seconds got a screen message saying that the PS voltage was incorrect. He offered to order a replacement, but I purchase computer components online almost daily. I ordered the correct PS on Amazon and the problem was solved. He wouldn't bill me for the diagnosis and refused any payment despite my insistence. Dillon and the other staff members present could not have been more affable and accommodating, and Dillon's instant diagnosis saved the day for me. I couldn't recommend LT more highly!“
