I had to send my computer to the company for repairs, but I needed the information extracted without opening it to obtain the hard drive since it would void the warranty. They were able to extract all the info without opening it and voiding the warranty, and it was done in less than an hour. Thank you.

Just got my Pc fixed like SUPER FIXED!! I’m so happy to finally be able To play the sims again after a little over a year my computer was down. Mathew was awesome to work with. My son got all the components for his first gaming pc build for Christmas. He was very excited to get it built. He got it all put together and it didn’t work. We took the system to Matthew and not only did he diagnose and fix the problem, he spent time with my son showing him and teaching him about his new system and the build itself. He then went the extra mile by offering to pre load games for my son, and responded promptly when I needed a suggestion for a Wi-Fi card. Highly recommend them!
