Jerry has many years of experience. He worked on my computer 2 hours remotely before I took it in for repairs/upgrading. Took time to explain all the repairs when I picked it up. Got home and the kids used it all weekend with absolutely no issues. Kids were happy that the speed is so much faster! I will definitely use Jerry in the future. Oh, did I mention that his pricing beat all the others :)
I needed help with my laptop for work, and Jerry walked me through all possible issues, and was super helpful! He helped me figure out what the problem was in minutes and even offered some advice and tips on how to keep my laptop functioning at its best!
