They have horrible technical support and the account manager never returned phone calls or emails. They also are way overpriced for what they offer. They also hit you with a 90 day term to cancel with them and they constantly try to lock you into long term contract. I would NEVER use them again and recommend you do your research before using them as well.

I am actively seeking an alternative provider away from RackSpace. Their customer service has been rude to me on several occasions, billing department absolutely will not change your bill due date, and they are overpriced. Why not just buy the same O365 license directly from Microsoft and skip the middle-man? Good riddance, RackSpace. You have lost me as a customer directly because of your terrible service.

used to be a great company. Now the customer service is horrible! they are as bad as AT&T. No one gets back to you & they cant fix any problems without taking hours of your time to go thru several tech's. Time to move on
