“Emergency visit to RUV on Sunday evening with my senior kitty Sophie. She had not eaten or used the litter box in 3 days and was very lethargic. Christina greeted me and kept me informed of the Dr availability. Although the wait was long, Dr. Lemelli did a thorough exam of Sophie and determined she had a UTI. They gave her several antibiotics and referred me to my regular vet for a further check on her kidneys. Everyone here is extremely professional and compassionate and explained everything to me in the process. They even gave me a blanket when I was chilly! I highly recommend this urgent care vet... if you have to wait upon arrival, just be patient... it will be worth it for both you and your pet! Julie S.“
