Our white GSD had her dental clean and tooth extraction. Smooth and quick registration. Dr Albers is the best. We received update as soon as her procedure was done and meds ready when we picked our baby up. Happy mom.
I needed a refill of my dog's medication. I easily called, they filled it and it was ready when I arrived. They quickly helped me and I was on my way. I've never had a bad experience with RCVC. I will always use them for my fur babies.
The front office was a bit noisy and overwhelming. It was difficult to hear and understand what was expected. In the patient room procedures were performed by the vet tech in our presence which was a little disconcerting considering our puppy is just 12 weeks old. She cried out during fecal collection. Dr. Albers however, is AWESOME! He was so kind, gentle and reassuring. He answered all our questions and handled the puppy with care. We’re hoping we’ll grow accustomed to the busier reception area and its accompanying increased volume level.
