We brought our dog in because he got a thorn in his paw. We couldn't get it out and our vet was closed for the night. Everyone who worked there was efficient and friendly. Kept us informed on every step. Nice touch the voice message I received the next day to see how our dog was doing. The cost to remove just a thorn/meds was over $200. That is a bit steep, however, it is a business and we understand.

My dog was pacing and panting (it was cold out) like something was bothering him. Nothing seemed visably wrong. It was a Sunday so I took him into RUV. Turns out that pets can also get a slipped disc or pinched nerve like humans.They took excellent care of him and got him feeling better immediately. I was so pleased to see him comfortable.

They helped out with our dog over weekend hours when our regular vet was closed. All the staff was very nice & caring. They were also very timely, not a long wait & keep you updated along the visit. Definitely recommend.
