I just want y'all to know that over a 6 year period my office manager Gloria Ann Roman managed to hijack my money, my website, and my emails. Really my whole life, including my house, wife, and kids. She targeted me years before I ever met her through Donna Thomas with Dt Outsourcing who was supposed to be my bookkeeper. She worked with Brandon Griggs at UFCU on 79 and falsified documents for laundering. The Money Reserve has a guilty member Mike Stuboy O'Brien who has created falsified documents and laundering money. On top of all that I did have an account Benard Ruelas with BR Tax Group who never mentioned a joint account was created, and 400,000 dollars was transferred from my UFCU business account to Gloria Romans personal account Benard Ruelas never mentioned. every single one of these people listed also manipulated my ein number. Well I'm here at a big loss, I worked hard for mine and don't have to screw others over, and I will rise to the top again to be among the legendary. These people are all going to get their big o slice of Karma and hopefully be made an example out of so they never do this again. It a big DILL... “I'd called The Plumbinator a few years ago when there was a mysterious puddle of water in our master bedroom closet. They quickly found the leak inside the wall, fixed it, and all was well--for a very reasonable price!

Fast-forward to last week. We had water dripping into our pantry, directly below our master bathroom. I called The Plumbinator without a second thought. The guys came by, took one look, and said it was mostly likely the wax ring beneath the toilet. Since that's something I'm comfortable replacing, I declined their estimate.

But they didn't just leave. They gave me a few pointers (don't buy those silicone rings, go extra-wax if possible) and said if it still leaked after that, they'd come back ASAP to take a deeper dive into what could be a larger problem. But their own first step would be replacing the wax ring. And then, since I’d been a prior customer and this just took a few minutes en route to another stop nearby, they didn’t charge a service fee for this visit! I really appreciated that.

Turns out it was the wax ring. They were right. I got the repair done myself for under $20.

I just appreciate the honesty--not tryin’ to just make a buck, pushing their doing the wax ring replacement or cutting into the floor/ceiling unnecessarily, or charging a service fee for just a few minutes' conversation.

The Plumbinators' fun name is why I called them years ago. Their service on that first project made me a customer. And their lack of pushing unnecessary work on me this time has just reinforced that I'll be calling them again whenever I have another plumbing problem.
