I pointed out a small hazard with one of the saunas and before I finished my session, the small issue was already being repaired. It wasn't a major problem, and I truly did not think they would get to it that quickly. I was very impressed with such quick response. “Took a sculpt and flow class for the first time with brooke and it was amazing. I was a bit scared at first because i don’t usually do a full body workout. she was walked us through all the workouts and a took a few minutes to cool down too. overall it was very relaxing and a good workout. i don’t think ill be able to feel my legs tomorrow.“

“Pure Pilates is a wonderful light and airy Pilates studio for my boutique intimate visits for when I'm looking to get my butt kicked for 50 minutes.
